As a Master Trainer of MindSet, I am available to provide training and certification at your location. The MindSet Training Program focuses on both the prevention and the management of aggressive situations. It also provides professionals with certification in proven physical containment techniques. Equal emphasis is placed on developing customized strategies for preventing aggressive behavior, and becoming proficient in our physical containment techniques. Our training program also covers the establishment of proper documentation, oversight, and ongoing guidelines essential to protecting the rights and well-being of everyone involved.

The purpose of this training program is to facilitate insight, raise awareness, enhance skills, and ultimately certify professionals in a system of preventing and managing aggressive behavior.

The goal of the MindSet training curriculum is to set in motion a process of increased awareness, skill development, and appropriate parameters for individuals and organizations to eliminate the need for physical restraint or seclusion.

Our Mission is to provide training and follow-up support with personal attention to your own organization's needs and the needs of your trainees. We limit the number of clients we work with, and limit the geographical range we cover, in order to provide the personal level of service you need for creating and maintaining an environment of prevention.
